Answer: The Service Area have advised the software currently used to facilitate BACS payments is PTX.
2) The contract end date(s) and/or next renewal date(s) for the above system(s)?
Answer: The contract end date is 31/03/2028.
3) The current annual contract value paid by the Council for this software (excluding VAT)?
If the exact figure is exempt, please provide the value within a cost band or range.
Answer: The current annual contract value is £33,450.96.
