i I Lane Rough hill near Rotherwas and is it a through route with public access along its full length. If not what evidence do you have to say it is closed to traffic or the public.

Response

I am trying to find out if vehicle rights still exist on Watery Lane Rough hill near Rotherwas and is it a through route with public access along its full length. If not what evidence do you have to say it is closed to traffic or the public.

A: The Service Area have advised that the M325 is a claim for a restricted byway, and so would not have vehicle access rights even if it were to be added to the definitive map. An Order has been made and advertised, and has received multiple objections. It will therefore have to go to Planning Inspectorate

That aside, the route over Rough Hill has no vehicle rights as it is neither a PROW (Byway Open to All Traffic) or a highway.
