Requesting any non-private information available regarding Licensed Water Abstractions within a 2km radius of National Grid Reference SO 50260 47894.

This information is not held by Herefordshire Council and it has been advised that you will need to contact the Environmental Agency direct for the information on licensed water abstractions. The Council do not issue the license and therefore do not keep a record of licensed water abstractions which will include uses such as irrigation or public water abstractions. We only hold information on private water supplies as per the Private water supplies regulations (England) 2016 as amended, and these may or may not be licensed by the Environmental Agency.
