Please provide the following information in respect of electively home educated (EHE) children and parents. :
1. The number of EHE children in your local authority area as at 1st October 2022, or the nearest date thereafter.
2. The number of EHE parents served with a notice under the Education Act 1996 s437 during the year from 30th September 2021 to 1st October 2022. Please clarify the number of children to whom these s437 notices apply.
3. The number of EHE parents served with a School Attendance Order (SAO) during the year from 30th September 2021 to 1st October 2022. Please clarify the number of children to whom these SAOs apply.
4. The number of EHE parents who were prosecuted for failure to comply with a SAO during the year from 30th September 2021 to 1st October 2022.
5. The number of EHE parents who were found guilty, when prosecuted for failure to comply with a SAO during the year fom 30th September 2021 to 1st October 2022.
