Would you be kind enough to confirm the current hours for the sale of alcohol and any conditions at Annexe 2/3

We can confirm the current hours for the sale of alcohol are Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 00:00 and 10:00 on New Year's Eve to the commencement of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

Licensing conditions area as set out below:

General

The types of regulated entertainments proposed re-instate the normal pub entertainments that were previously unregulated.

Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only.

Application only to the first floor - intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on this floor otherwise than to persons taking meals and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to his meal.

Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the first floor.

Fire Officers recommendations to be carried out.

During the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;

Consumption of the alcohol on the premises by, or, the taking, sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;

The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;

The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;

The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces;

The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises;

Prevention of Crime

1. We maintain a CCTV system inside and outside the licensed premises with hard disk recordings which are retained for 28 days.

2. We maintain a register to record incidents relevant to the four licensing objectives.

3. We have a comprehensive staff training programme and all staff are trained on the Licensing Act 2003 and drugs awareness.

4. We work closely with the Police, local authority, licensed trade associations and other enforcement agencies to ensure that we adopt current industry best practice in support of the four licensing objectives and are members of the HAND scheme.

5. We operate a responsible drinking policy.

6. We have a burglar alarm.

7. We supervise all areas to prevent illegal sharing of alcohol to minors.

8. We operate a free telephone taxi service

9. All statutory notices are displayed.

To comply with BBPA guidelines in relation to irresponsible drinks promotions.

To provide door staff on a Friday and Saturday night from 20:00.

Public Safety

1. We ensure that open containers, glass and bottles are not taken from the premises and that empty glasses are collected by staff regularly.

2. We will operate a 30 minute 'wind down' period after permitted hours to ensure effective dispersal from the premises.

3. We have an emergency lighting system and maintain adequate firefighting equipment.

4. We operate a strict no entry/re-entry policy from 23:00.

5. All staff wear a recognised uniform.

The Licensee shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the public and performers on the premises.

In undertaking any or all of the conditions, the Licensee shall comply with all reasonable requests of the Police, the Fire Authority and the Licensing Authority's Officers.

The approved arrangements, including the means of escape, the fire alarm and warning system, the firefighting equipment, the electrical installations and mechanical equipment shall be maintained in good condition and full working order.

OVERCROWDING
Adequate systems shall be in place to control numbers of persons entering the premises to prevent overcrowding and alleviate crowd control problems. During an event the maximum permitted numbers shall be as set by the Fire Officer.

VENTILATION AND HEATING
Adequate means of ventilation and heating shall be provided at the premises whilst open to the public and shall be maintained in a proper working condition.

FIRST AID
The Licensee shall ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and material is available on the premises.

LIGHTING
All parts of the premises shall be provided with adequate illumination during the whole time the premises are being used for any licensable activities. All routes of escape and all parts of the premises to which the public have access shall be provided with adequate and assured lighting from two independent supplies and systems.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
A current inspection certificate shall be held for all electrical installations in accordance with BS 7671 and BS5266-1.

FIRE SAFETY
The Licensee shall ensure that a fire risk assessment is carried out for the whole premises. He/she shall also ensure that all fire risks are minimised in accordance with current industry good practice and a full copy of this risk assessment is made available for inspection on request by an authorised officer.

l. Explosive and Flammable Substances
c) The Licensee is responsible at all times for ensuring the safety of public in attendance in the event of fire or other such emergency.

GAS INSTALLATIONS
The gas installation shall hold a current safety certificate signed by, a member of the Council for Registered Gas Installers (CORGI).

Prevention of Public Nuisance

1. Live music ends at 23:30.
2. All windows and doors kept shut after 22:30.
3. Recorded music volume will be reduced to background levels during the wind down period.
4. We provide leave quietly signs and staff are trained to reinforce this message during the wind down period.

NOISE AND VIBRATION
The licensee shall ensure that noise and vibration does not emanate from the premises so as to cause a public nuisance.

The licensee shall be responsible for ensuring the local area is assessed, from time to time, for noise breakout from the premises during performances.

The outside area shall not be used for the consumption of alcohol or licensable activities after 11:30pm.

NOXIOUS SMELLS
No noxious smells shall be emitted from the premises at any time so as to cause a nuisance.

Protection of Children

1. We operate a strict proof of age underage drinking policy, supported by comprehensive staff training.

2. We operate a strict policy to ensure that all children are supervised by a responsible adult.

3. No under 18's allowed in the bar after 21:00 unless dining and supervised by a responsible adult.

4. No unusual risks of harm to children have been identified.

No adult entertainment or services or activities must take place at the premises

(Adult Entertainment includes, but is not restricted to, such entertainment or services which would generally include topless bar staff, striptease, lap-table, or pole-dancing, performances involving feigned violence or horrific incidents, feigned or actual sexual acts or fetishism, or entertainment involving strong and offensive language).
