These two footpaths have been reported as obstructed over the last two years.

I require copies of Enforcement Action taken by the Highway Authority, in terms of Formal Request by Letter or Services of Notices for HER16 and HB1 between the dates of 22/08/2023 and 22/08/2024.

A) The Service Area have advised neither footpath HER16 nor HB1 have been referred to enforcement during the requested period, and as such no enforcement action information is held.
