Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding commissioned services from community pharmacies. I would like to know:
1. The name of any services commissioned from community pharmacies by Herefordshire Council, outside of the NHS-negotiated Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework
2. The number of pharmacies which have signed up to provide each service
3. The payment mechanism and payment rates for each service, including whether payment is made through a block contract, fixed retainer, fee per activity/intervention, or another arrangement. Where applicable, please provide the individual fees or rates payable
4. The total spending (including fixed retainers and activity-based payments) for each service for the last full financial year in which it is available. If the service is provided under a block contract, please provide the annual contract value for the most recent financial year available
5. The start and finish date of the contract I'd be most grateful if you could provide your response in Excel or CSV format. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to clarify my request.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding commissioned services from community pharmacies. I would like to know:
1. The name of any services commissioned from community pharmacies by Herefordshire Council, outside of the NHS-negotiated Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework
Answer: In relation to questions 1, 3, 4, and 5 please a link to our contracts register below. Please look at lines 902 and 903.
As such we consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.
2. The number of pharmacies which have signed up to provide each service
Answer: 3.
3. The payment mechanism and payment rates for each service, including whether payment is made through a block contract, fixed retainer, fee per activity/intervention, or another arrangement. Where applicable, please provide the individual fees or rates payable
Answer: Please see answer to question 1 above. The payment mechanism is based on the number of NRT products supplied.
4. The total spending (including fixed retainers and activity-based payments) for each service for the last full financial year in which it is available. If the service is provided under a block contract, please provide the annual contract value for the most recent financial year available
