Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request copies of the following: Local authority team size and structure:
1) The number of staff employed by the local authority who work directly on assessing, commissioning, managing, or monitoring homecare services.
If possible, please provide this information by year from 2020 to 2025 and by job role or grade where available.

A) Do you want this to include agency staff, permanent staff, or data on both combined or split?
Both, combined.

Answer: There were 0 staff in Children’s Services from 2020 to 2025 who work directly on assessing, commissioning, managing, or monitoring homecare services.
There are currently (since 2025) 9 staff in Adults Social Care Services who work directly on assessing, commissioning, managing, or monitoring homecare services.
For assessing, commissioning and/or managing there are:
1x Head of Service Ageing Well – Permanent (Grade: HC13)
1x Commissioning Manager – Permanent (Grade: HC10)
1x Commissioning Officer – Permanent (Grade: HC8)
1x Commissioning Support Officer – Permanent (Grade: HC6)
For monitoring there are:
1x Quality Manager – Permanent (Grade:HC10)
1x Quality Lead – Permanent (Grade: HC8)
3x Quality and Review Officers – Permanent (Grade: HC7)
Please note, the Service Area have advised they are unable to provide the requested information for years 2020-2024 as the reports they have do not hold information related to the job responsibilities at the time and they are therefore unable to confirm which staff fulfilled the responsibilities in the criteria provided.
