In response to questions 1 and 2, Herefordshire Council's grant application process does not capture whether or not an organisation that has applied for or secured funding is black-led. Therefore the information requested is not held.

Funding is awarded based on whether the organisation is an eligible entity who can demonstrate that they are able to deliver against the eligible activities for the benefit of Herefordshire residents and that the activity meets their organisation aims. No organisation is excluded if it meets the criteria.

Details of organisations that have successfully been granted funding is published on the Council's website and can be viewed via the following link:

https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/council/open-data-principles/2

This will not specify if it is a black-led organisation.
