1. Agendas, minutes or notes etc. of a meeting pertaining to U71229 between BB and HC held on or about 26th or 27th August 2024. (Actually I believe the dates may have been 2nd or 3rd September , but as I said, on or about!)
2. Details of any financial arrangements made, promised or expected with any Landholder on U71229, to or from Mr Pearce, HC or BB, including the provision of assets.
3. Details of any promises or ‘expectations’ of the ‘management’ of any class(es) of traffic on this highway.

1. Agendas, minutes or notes etc. of a meeting pertaining to U71229 between BB and HC held on or about 26th or 27th August 2024. (Actually I believe the dates may have been 2nd or 3rd September , but as I said, on or about!)
A: No information held. This meeting was an informal meeting conducted as part of business as usual, and therefore there were no agendas or minutes created.
2. Details of any financial arrangements made, promised or expected with any Landholder on U71229, to or from Mr Pearce, HC or BB, including the provision of assets.
A: 1 Kissing Gate has been provided.
3. Details of any promises or ‘expectations’ of the ‘management’ of any class(es) of traffic on this highway.
A: Under Section 58 of the Highways Act 1980, we maintain and manage this highway in accordance with (a)the character of the highway, and the traffic which was reasonably to be expected to use it.
