With reference to Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request information relating to Herefordshire Council Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub.
From previous FOIs (22/01107 and 24/00633) it is known that the total of referrals submitted using the Multi Agency Referral Form system (MARF) is:
2020 - 1518
2021 - 2002
2022 - 2720
2023 - 2944
2024 - 793 to date
So FOI:
1. I would like to know the number of individual referrals submitted using the Multi Agency Referral Form system (MARF) from Wye Valley NHS trust (Hereford Hospital).
2. I would like to know the number of individual referrals submitted using the Multi Agency Referral Form system (MARF) from Herefordshire schools and playgroups/nurseries.
3. I would like to know the number of individual referrals submitted using the Multi Agency Referral Form system (MARF) from Herefordshire children and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS).
4. I would like to know the number of individual referrals submitted using the Multi Agency Referral Form system (MARF) from any other Herefordshire source (Just the total listed as other).
I would like these numbers for the calendar year or 12 month recording period that would cover in full, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024 to date.
