SAR's: no specific software used. The Information Governance team uses Excel and Word to log and process requests.
Member enquiries: no specific software used. The Democratic Services team use email / phone to process and answer member enquiries.

EIR / FOI - £17,000 per annum. Please note that this software is also used for the processing of formal complaints, and the annual costs are for EIR / FOI and complaints. We are unable to breakdown this figure to just include EIR / FOI.
