I would like to have a copy of your forms, policies and procedures connected to the reunification of Children who have been in Care with their families.

I have looked extensively on your web-site and like many issues involving the Local Authority it would appear that this information is missing or being kept secret.
Can you please make sure that the citizens of Herefordshire are fully informed and protected by not only complying with this FOI but by making sure that this information is publicly available and also available in an easy to read format so that disabled people are no longer disadvantaged and discriminated against by your inability to have due regard to your public sector equality duty (PSED).
Can you also confirm the name and position of the public servant responsible for failing to ensure that this policy is publically available and the council are complying with their PSED

The recorded information that you have requested is not held. I am advised that a policy is currently being developed, and once finalised will be published on the council's website in an accessible format. It is anticipated this will be available from July 2023.
