Request

1. How many individual sexual health services contracts have been handed back to you or have not been continued with a new contract by the same provider in the years: for the following financial years from 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022, 2022 to 2023?

2. Please also detail the number of years of service that were originally contained in those contracts, for the following financial years from 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022, 2022 to 2023? 3.

And if available, the reasons why the contracts were handed back, and why the contracts were given to another provider after the contract ceased, for the following financial years from 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022, 2022 to 2023? For clarity by sexual health services contracts, we mean an agreement entered into between your local authority and a sexual health service provider which relates to a running of services in your local authority.

For example:  2018/2019 - Contracted for 5 years, service provider finished at the end of the contract, changed to a new provider because of resources 2020/2021 - Contracted for 3 years, service provider finished 2 years into the contract, changed to a new provider because of lack of staff training

The data should include NHS, private and third sector providers, and should include any kind of sexual health services commissioned by the local authority.

Please provide this data in a spreadsheet format such as excel.
