  1. Would you please be able to confirm the details of any training provider frameworks you currently utilise and when these frameworks are open for new applications?

    Would you also please be able to confirm how much your current skills budget is and how much of this you subcontract out?

Upon inspection of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and various other legislation, I cannot find within any subsections any legal standing, obliging me to pay council tax, even if the council does deem me to be liable. I can only assume council tax is a request, however, I'm open to being corrected, after being shown by you, specifically what exactly obliges me to take liability. For clarity, I am not a corporation. Sometimes legislation can be misinterpreted. I want to know exactly what information is being used by this council to take the stance it does. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 provide the following;

    1. Legislation(s) you can & may use, to create an obligation for any man/woman to pay

    2. Subsequent sections you can & may use, to create an obligation for any man/woman to pay

  3. Please can you supply the following information:

    1) The number of businesses which breached Natasha's Law between 1 October 2021 and 1 October 2022.

    2) The penalty for the breach. If the punishment was a fine, please outline the value of the fine.

    3) The name that the offending business traded under, and its address.

    4) A breakdown of the business type (supermarket, convenience store, retailer, restaurant, etc).

    5) Copies of enforcement letters sent to businesses breaching Natasha's Law

  4. • What public buildings do you own?

    How are they broken down? E.g. fire station, police station, library, retirement homes, doctor surgeries, hostels, town halls, supported living, civic centres. Can they be broken down like this in categories?

    • Are they listed? If so, which properties are? Can it be listed next to each property?

    • If not, are they in a conservation area?

    • Which of these properties have timber windows? Can it be recorded yes/no against each property?

  5. I'm undertaking a water features survey around the Eign WWTW (Waste Water Treatment Works) and Rotherwas WWTW as part of future upgrade works planned in these areas, the aim is to review surrounding water features within a 250m buffer from each site to gather baseline data and minimise any risk of impact to local water bodies or supplies.

  7. 1. Have Trading Standards seized nitrous oxide cannisters from any shops in the county between 1st May 2021 and 1st October 2022? Please answer Yes or No.

    2. If the answer to Q1 is 'Yes', please can you tell me how many shops in the county have had nitrous oxide cannisters seized from the premises between 1st May 2021 and 1st October 2022? Please break this down by the number of shops per month; where the shop is in the county; and the name of the shop.

    3. If Q2 has been answered, please tell me what action has been taken to the shops where nitrous oxide was seized from their premises between 1st May 2021 and 1st October. Please specify what action was taken (i.e: License revoked, taken to court etc).
