  2. During the last two years I would like to know how many work days the Director of Children's Services has physically worked in Herefordshire and how many days he has worked remotely.

    I would also like to know what is the policy on children's services social workers working remotely and if there is a minimum numbers of days that they are required to be in the office.

  4. 1. Is the council currently using a Microsoft Office 365 subscription to licence its desktops?

    2. If the answer to question 1 is yes, is the council currently using the "FromSA" product SKU in its licensing agreement?

    3. If the answer to question 1 is yes, did the council "relinquish" the ownership of its prior perpetual licences in order to obtain discounts from Microsoft?

    4. If the answer to question one is yes and the answer to question 3 is no, do you still therefore have ownership of the perpetual licences you were using prior to migration and if so what versions and quantities do you still have?

  6. I wish to formally request information from Hereford Education Department under The Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide me with the number of staff employed in educational establishments in the county, teachers and support staff, who are currently on work place restrictions or suspended from their place of work. I look forward to receiving your response at your earliest opportunity.

  7. I write under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act to request data relating to the number of 'rogue landlords' successfully prosecuted between January 2015 and July 2022. In the context of this request, the term 'rogue landlord' is defined as a landlord who 'knowingly flouts their obligations by renting out unsafe and substandard accommodation to tenants, many of whom may be vulnerable.' As part of this, I would like the information broken down into the following:

    i) The number of rogue landlords not complying with safety regulations identified by this authority between January 2016 and July 2022;

    ii) Of this amount, the number of rogue landlords not complying with safety regulations that were successfully prosecuted during the requested time frame;

    iii) Of the total amount, the number of rogue landlords not complying with safety regulations that were unsuccessfully prosecuted during the requested time frame;

    iv) Of the total amount, how many rogue landlords not complying with safety regulations that have been punished via other means, e.g. fines.

  8. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with copies of the following:

    1: A list of all the RSL's (Registered Social Landlords) - CICs (Community Interest Company's) - Charities and social enterprises that are registered with the councils housing dept. and have an active Landlord code to accommodate social HMO's 'Exempt' accommodation status.

    2: In addition to a full list with contact details held on your system of All the companies that deal with 'Exempt' accommodation directly with the council.

    3. Please advise the application process for a private landlord to directly submit a property for supported housing exempt status.

    4. Please provide confirmation that the Council are accepting exempt accommodation applications directly from landlords and also please advise the average timescales in which applications are completed.

    5. If the council does not permit applications directly from landlords for exempt status then please provide a list of the organisations on your platform that allow private landlords to use their company as a referral.

    6. Pease provide a suitable contact name, email address and organisation chart to help attain an understanding of the exempt accommodation team and it's escalation points.

    7. With regards to HMO exempt accommodation provided by private landlords (NOT RSL's), please provide visibility of the lowest, average and highest core rent currently paid and the lowest, average and highest eligible housing benefit service charges, complete with full itemisation/breakdown of all line items.

    8. Please provide How many private rental properties in the councils jurisdiction have 'exempt accommodation' status?
