  2. Household support fund I understand that a decision was taken by the Council in June 2022 that the money allocated by central government would be awarded to people on pension credit and those who are exempt from paying council tax. Under the freedom of information Act please advise me:

    How much money Herefordshire Council received for the coming winter 2022/23?

    How it has been allocated?

    How much of the fund has been allocated?

    How much of the funding is left for people on low incomes?

  3. I know that it has previously been reported that school caterers have had to cut portion sizes and consider changing menus in order to provide free school meals, because of increasing costs - due to inflation - combined with funding increases that don't mirror this inflation

    If your LA provides LA maintained schools with catering services, then in the past twelve months, have they had to:

    1) Decrease portion sizes for Free school meals?

    2) Raise the prices of non-FSM meals

    3) Have you had to top-up the funding for free school meals from other areas of your budget?

  5. I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 to request the following information from Herefordshire Council regarding the council's refuse collection vehicles. Please may you provide information on:

    Q1. Whether the council has a written policy, procurement strategy, practice, order, direction or other document which sets out your policy on the procurement of refuse collection vehicles. If the answer is affirmative, please provide a copy.

    Q2. How many refuse collection vehicles are currently in control of or procured by the council and in operation in your local authority?

    Q3. For each of the refuse collection vehicles currently in control of and procured by the council and in operation in your local authority, please provide the following details:

    * Age

    * Producer

    * Model

    * Type of fuel used

  6. I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to any TV Aerial and IRS contracts you may have in place. The details we require are:
