  1. We are undertaking a nationwide review of official Infant Safe Sleep or SUDI prevention policies at both the district council and county level. This would constitute the official guidance relating to safe baby sleeping that health and/or social care practitioners are required to follow when working with families.

    It may be that Hereford council has not yet implemented an official policy yet. If so, please let me know as soon as possible. If you already have such a policy in place, I would be very grateful if you could share that policy with us so that the information can be included in our review.

  3. I would like to make a request for some information under the freedom of information act - from your highways maintenance manager or road asset manager. This is in relation to the use of low temperature asphalts (LTA's) in highways maintenance works over the last 3 years.

  5. Please confirm how many licences for dog breeding have been issued under the Animal Welfare (Licencing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018, or any previous relevant legislation relating to dog breeding or pet selling by your local authority. This has been clarified to mean the number of licences (both new and renewed) that have been issued from 2018 to the present day.
