  2. The following questions apply to drug or alcohol services. Where possible we would like the answers split into inpatient detox and residential rehab as two separate categories. If that is not possible then please provide a combined figure.

  3. What is the proposed management and staffing structure for the new public rights of way service?

    Please explain how and to what level the following elements of the service will be resourced:

    • Practical site work

    • Enforcement

    • Supporting parish footpath officers

    • Supporting other voluntary groups such as the Ramblers

    • Inspections and responding to defect reports

    • Bridge repairs/replacement

    • Organising the Local Access Forum

    • Dealing with DMMO applications. In particular on 1 April the Planning Inspectorate issued a Direction on the Council in respect of 38 DMMOs setting deadlines for each one ranging from six months to two years. How does the council plan to comply with this Direction, bearing in mind there are more than 200 outstanding DMMO applications?

  4. I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Low Traffic Neighbourhoods or "LTNs" in your local authority. LTNs sometimes go by different names in different areas, e.g. Active Neighbourhoods, Living Streets, Spaces for People. Here is a definition if helpful: "A low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) is a residential area, bordered by main roads (roads that are often used by buses, lorries and non-local traffic), where "through" motor vehicle traffic is discouraged or removed, while allowing access for pedestrians and cyclists."

    I would be grateful if you would supply me with the following information that relates to any LTN schemes or LTNs by other names in your local authority.

    Q1. How much has the local authority spent on installing LTNs from the start of 2020 up to and including May 2022? (Please provide a full list of LTNs installed in your local authority, the month and year in which they were installed, and their cost.)

    Q2. How many LTNs have been altered since their original installation in your local authority up to and including May 2022? Please provide the month and year of uninstallation, as well as location. If funds have been spent on alterations, please state how much has been spent.

    Q3. How many LTNs have since been uninstalled or removed in your local authority up to and including May 2022? Please provide the month and year of uninstallation, as well as location. If funds have been spent on uninstallation of LTNs, please state these costs.

    Q4. How many fines have been issued to people for breach of LTNs in your local authority from January 2020 up to and including May 2022? How much money does that equate to in total?

  7. I'm writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information:

    Q1. Do schools in your authority currently receive training in race and anti-racism?

    Q2. If yes: a) Is this training mandatory? b) Is the training conducted by a specialist external provider? c) Is the training conducted by somebody already employed by the school providing the training?
