  8. I believe that the Council made specific provision to maintain Wye View Lane and the Boats on the Doward.

    I request:

    1. Details of the Magistrates Court decision to which Herefordshire Council was party mandating that the Council was responsible for maintaining and metalling the Roads in the long term.

    2. Details of any further legal appeal the Council may have made against this Magistrates Court Decision.

    3. Any internal Council Documents relating to these Court cases and the final position adopted by the Council.

  9. I would like to know the number of enforcement actions you have served over shipping containers not having proper planning permission. I would like this information broken down for the years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022), the outcome of enforcement action and where the container was located (for example on green belt land, in a back garden of a dwelling, on a brownfield site).
