  1. I am doing some analysis on social care in Herefordshire over the last 16 months. Can I please have the monthly numbers since January 1st 2021 to date for:

    1) Total hours of social care provided (and commissioned) by Herefordshire Council on a month by month basis. For clarity, the total hours of social care means Home Care.

    2) Total number of packages of care that should be in home care but are not. In this instance, it's the number of unallocated packages on the e-broker system on a month by month basis.

  2. In the recent Herefordshire Now issue, it says material for recycling that is not recycled is sent to landfill. Why not the incinerator?

How much do we currently send to landfill and how much goes to the incinerator.

  3. Under the FOI Act, I would like to request information regarding your total annual expenditure and average annual expenditure per service user for mental and physical health community nursing and residential care home services. I am requesting this data for the past 5 financial years (FY2016-17, FY2017-18, FY2018-19, FY2019-20, FY2020-21) broken down by the categories in the list below. Please note that the subcategories are there both for additional detail if it is available, but also to provide an example of what primary diagnosis/need we are including.

For the categories I am looking to obtain the information for services users whose primary diagnosis falls into each category, but if you have an alternative method of categorisation, I would be happy to receive that with some explanation of your categorisation method.

If the breakdown by subcategories would be unreasonably time-consuming, you may choose to treat it as optional and solely provide information for the categories. In your reply please also include explanations for each category of what primary diagnosis you have included in those categories.

The categorisations we are interested in obtaining the information for are the below:

    o Traumatic brain injury

    o Strokes

  7. I am contacting you about the Fair Access Protocol in place in your LA and data related to the use of this protocol. Local authorities are required to agree a Fair Access Protocol to ensure that vulnerable children, especially those who are having difficulty securing a school place in-year, are allocated a place as quickly as possible. I am currently researching reintegration for pupils moving from alternative provision back to mainstream schools. This FOI request is a way of building up a broad evidence base to establish the ways in which Fair Access Protocols are used to support the reintegration of pupils from alternative provision to mainstream schools. I anticipate that this research will enable a better understanding of the way in which Fair Access Protocols can support reintegration for pupils in alternative provision. Please can you provide:

    - your agreed Fair Access Protocol, and

    - an overview of the cases referred to your FAP in the financial year 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 breaking this down by types of transition and school phase - please make use of the attached spreadsheet to do this.
