2. Building usage in Hereford City

   Q. A record of building usage for the city of Hereford. For example is it is being you for health care, commercial usage, as a residential property or for hospitality etc.

   I would like to request the following information: 1) How many Trading Standards Officers in your Local Authority (by FTE) in each of the following years: 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2018,2019,2020,2021? 2) How many Trading Standards Officers hold qualifications in Animal Health and Welfare for these years? 3) Number of full-time equivalent animal health qualified staff working on Animal Health And Welfare Enforcement in your Local Authority for these years? 4) How many premises with an animal health & welfare inspection risk were there in your Local Authority for these years? (How many of these were farms?) 5) How many complaints or referrals relating to animal health and welfare were received for these years? 6) How many farm inspections/visits did your Local Authority carry out in each of these years? 8. Recruitment & retention fund

   I would like the information held on how the recent £300 million recruitment and retention fund from central government has been spent.

9. Number of children social workers and average caseloads

   1. In total, how many frontline child protection social workers work for the council (whether employed or agency) as of 1 March 2022?

   a. How many and what percentage are agency staff?

   b. How many and what percentage are less than two years qualified?

   c. How many and what percentage are both agency staff and less than two years qualified?

   2. What is the full complement of frontline child protection social workers the Department for Children's Services should have, and what is your current recruitment shortfall into those roles (as of 1 March 2022)?

   3. What is the current average caseload for frontline child protection social workers working for the council (as of 1st March 2022).

   4. Please specify how many active cases each frontline child protection social worker who has been qualified for less than two years (as of 1 March 2022) is handling.

10. ENCTS concession bus passes reimbursement for bus operators.

    Q1. Can you please tell me how much money you reimburse bus operators for acceptance of ENCTS passes?

    Q2. What do they get paid?

    Q3. Also how is it worked out?

    Q4. Is it just a set amount per journey regardless of length?

    Q5. Is it a percentage of the Single fare or Return fare or average cost of fares on the route?

    Q6. If so what percentage?

    Q7. Is it the same amount for all given to all bus operators?

    Q8. Are the reimbursement rates for the OAP version and Disabled version the same?

    Q9. Also what is the policy for cross border routes that start in your area and finish in another council or start in another council and finish in your area and how is reimbursement dealt with for such journeys that cross a border?

Finally can you advise the total amount of money you have given to each bus operator in ENCTS reimbursements that runs in your council area within each year for the past five years (so i require all of the periods of 01/01/2017-31/12/2017 and 01/01/2018-31/12/2018 and 01/01/2019-31/12/2019 and 01/01/2020-31/12/2020 and 01/01/2021-31/12/2021 are the five periods i need) and the list must show the total amount of reimbursement money for each year broken down in to how much has been given to each bus operator that runs in your council area?
