  5. I require a comparison of the number of job positions of a salary of over £45k per year, within the last 2 years that have been filled internally without being advertised externally, compared to those which were advertised externally. I would also like this broke down further by directorate.

  6. Please answer Question 1-7 in relation to the 2021 calendar year. 1. How many parking tickets were issued to the vehicle that infringed parking regulations in the borough on the most occasions? 2. What was the penalty value of these tickets? 3. In what street or car park were the majority of them collected? 4. How many of them have been paid? 5. What was the make and model of the vehicle? 6. If was a foreign-registered vehicle please state what was the nationality of its registration. 7. Did you manage to impound the vehicle? 8. What is the biggest value of unpaid Penalty Charge Notices issued to one single 'persistent evader' vehicle that has built up over a period of time going back where the first unpaid tickets was before 1.1.21? Please state (i) the value of these unpaid tickets, (ii) the date of the first and last unpaid tickets, (iii) the number of these unpaid tickets, (iv) the make and model of the vehicle, (v) have you seized the vehicle or taken any other action to reduce the unpaid balance?

  7. Q1 What measures are you taking to increase parking?

    Q2 What negotiations have you untaken with McCartneys to allow public use of their extensive car park on non-market days?

    Q3 How did the County come to own these car parks that you want to sell back to the Town Council for (according to HT) £33,500 EACH YEAR? To get a return on the land at say 5%pa equates to £670,000. Is that the actuarial value of the land?

    Q4 So just how much did HC pay for this land? Doesn't it actually or morally belong to the Town? Why does HC need to be 'compensated' for this 'loss' anyway?

    Q5 Please provide costs of providing the costs of implementing and of running a chargeable car park from a similar, previously free, car park elsewhere in the County.

  8. I am looking at how many licenses under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) 2018 Regulations for the exhibition of animals have been issued in England. I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000). I would like information on licenses to exhibit animals under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) 2018 Regulations ONLY, issued by the Council. Can I please request information on:

    1. How many licenses are currently issued to exhibit animals under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) 2018 Regulations in your council?

    2. A list of the species of animal that are included in the licenses, and how many of each species.

  10. Fee rates for residential care services for adults with learning disabilities 1. The method or mechanism which has been adopted by the council to set fee levels for the previous 3 financial years i.e. 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and the data on which those calculations were based. 2. Details of the consultation exercise the council has undertaken in connection with fee settings for this type of service in the last 3 years. 3. The council's policies on fee settings for care services for working age adults. 4. Confirmation that the council has taken advantage of the adult social care precept and the % / amount of this which has been allocated to services for working age adults. 5. Number of placements terminated by service providers and / or the council as a result of unsuccessful fee resolution / negotiations for years 2020-21, 2021-22.
