  7. I am conducting a survey concerning the use of community toilets, and implementation of these by councils. The definition of community toilets can be found here<https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/services/streets/clean-streets/community-toilet-scheme-cts>. While this definition is from London, they are operated in the same way by councils outside the city. Please could you provide me with the information: How many "community toilets" are the council operating at this time?

  8. Proposed parking charges at Kington. HT report Hereford Council would lose £33,500 p.a. if you 'gave' the car parks to the Town to replace 'lost revenue'.
