7. Community toilets

   I am conducting a survey concerning the use of community toilets, and implementation of these by councils. While this definition is from London, they are operated in the same way by councils outside the city. 8. How Kington parking lost revenue figure is reached

   Proposed parking charges at Kington. HT report Hereford Council would lose £33,500 p.a. if you 'gave' the car parks to the Town to replace 'lost revenue'.

   How is that figure arrived at? Please provide, under Freedom of Information, your methodology and past 5 years measurements and the calculations to support this.

   What independent expertise has verified this 'loss'?
