  1. Regarding Widemarsh Street, Hereford, could I also ask for any age and disability impact assessment, or any analysis of age and disability related to the pedestrians falling on Widemarsh Street, commissioned by or collaborated on by the Council since the Road Safety Audit in September 2009, up to today? (i.e., since the trip hazard was flagged up and the Council's exception report rejected the recommendation for a consistent height kerb face).

  2. There is a proposal to install traffic lights at the Old Gore crossroads. I understand that any major work of this kind requires a Feasibility Study to be carried out by Herefordshire Council or Balfour Beatty to consider all of the options and costs before making a decision. I would like to see a copy of this report or, at the very least, a summary report showing the options considered and the costs associated with each, showing the decision process that was undergone to reach the conclusion.

  4. Does your council use CCTV cameras made by Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview or Kedacom? If so please clarify which.

    Are any of your CCTV cameras capable of facial recognition, temperature/thermal scanning, behaviour analysis, object detection or demographic detection (i.e. age, gender, clothing etc.)? If yes please list which capabilities exist.

    2. Ideally I would like a monthly breakdown of the information for Sept 2020 - August 2021 - as well as the two years preceding this (Sept 2019-August 2020/Sept 2018-August 2019).

  6. Under the Freedom of Information Act please can you tell me whether you received any funding from the Soft Drinks Industry Levy (sugar tax) in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021?

    How much did the local authority receive in each financial year? Please include levy money that is provided through the Healthy Pupil Capital Fund, Primary PE and Sports Premium and the National School Breakfast Programme.

    What was this money spent on in each financial year? Please give a breakdown including the details of the project (i.e. playing field renovation etc) and cost of the project.

  7. How many PCR tests from the Council's area 1 September 2021-15 October 2021 inclusive have been sent to the laboratory in Wolverhampton run by Immensa?

    How many of these test returned a positive result and how many negative? (I assume the remainder inconclusive - if not, please reveal what they were/how many were what result?)

    How many of the negative PCR had reported having a positive lateral flow before seeking the PCR test?
