  1. I am making this Freedom of Information request to ask about fee rates which are being paid by your council to support older people (65+) in independent sector care homes. These are the questions:

    1. What is the average weekly fee (to the nearest £) currently (financial year 2021/22) being paid by your Council to support older (65+) residents of independent sector care homes in a) residential care and b) nursing care?

    Note: average weekly nursing care fees should be stated net of NHS FNC payable by CCGs (or the equivalent in devolved administrations) and gross of user charges *

    2. How many older (65+) residents are you currently** supporting in independent sector care homes for a) residential care and b) nursing care***?

    3. How many older (65+) residents are you currently** supporting in local authority operated residential care homes***?

    4. What do you expect to be the average percentage uplift for 2022/23 in the average weekly fee rates your authority pays to independent sector care homes for care of older (65+) residents?

  5. My request relates to local authority commissioned funding for refuge services and housing for victims and survivors of domestic abuse. Please can you provide the following information about the commissioned funding for domestic abuse support services in your local authority. 1. Do you directly commission refuge services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse? 2. If yes, is the refuge service you commission for women only (single sex)? 3. The Domestic Abuse Bill 2021 introduced a new legal duty for local authorities to fund "safe accommodation" for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and their children. Is the safe accommodation you fund under the new duty women only (single sex)? 4. The total number of referrals from occupational therapists received for home adaptations in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 1bi. The total number of households means tests completed for home adaptations in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 1bii. How many potential applicants did not proceed with making a grant application following a means test in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 1c. The total number of formal applications received for home adaptations in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 1d. The total number of formal applications approved in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 1e. The total number of grants completed in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? For the questions below, please could you specify which average measure you are using, whether it is median or mean. However, the median would be preferable. 2a. What was the average number of working days from first contact for someone to receive an initial assessment from an occupational therapist (or similar person) in each of the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 2b. What was the average number of working days between someone receiving an initial assessment from an occupational therapist (or similar person) and the date of the referral to the housing department/ district council in each of the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 2c. What was the average number of working days between the date of the referral to the housing department/ district council and the date of the formal grant application in each of the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 2d. What was the average number of working days between the date of receipt of the formal application and the certified/ completion date of installing the adaptations in each of the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 until 30th September 2021? 3a. If the council is currently using its discretionary powers to provide additional funding in addition to the maximum DFG amount, please state what the new figure is and what legislation has been used to increase the figure. could the information be forwarded in an Excel (xls) document please

    Do the council currently have any electric vehicle charging points installed throughout their public car parks?

    If no, are the council looking at deploying electric vehicle charging points and if so what are the timescales involved?

    If yes how many and what capacity i.e. 7kW, 22kW, 50kW etc. Please provide a breakdown per location.

    Who is the manufacturer of the charge points installed?

    When were the charge points installed?

    When does the existing contract expire?

    Are the council looking to increase the number of EV bays available at their public car parks and what will be the determining factor as to when this takes place?

    The questions relate, specifically, to the council offices, depots and other staff based sites.

    Do the council currently have any electric vehicle charging points installed throughout their offices and depot facilities?

    If no, are the council looking at deploying electric vehicle charging points and if so what are the timescales involved?

    If yes how many and what capacity i.e. 7kW, 22kW, 50kW etc. Please provide a breakdown per location.
