  5. Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information related to the enforcement of the Children and Families Act 2014, as amended by The Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015. Specifically, please provide me with:

    1. The number of individuals who have been prosecuted in the last 12 months within your organisation's jurisdiction for the sale of nicotine inhaling products (sometimes known as "e-cigarettes", "vapes", or "vapour products") to individuals aged under 18, due to investigations conducted by Herefordshire Council.

    2. The number of businesses and sole traders subject to any penalty in the last 12 months (including but not limited to fine, opening restrictions, removal of premises license) for the sale of nicotine inhaling products (sometimes known as "e-cigarettes", "vapes", or "vapour products") to individuals aged under 18, due to investigations conducted by Herefordshire Council.

    3. The number of shops, and other places of business (including but not limited to market stalls, 'car-boot sales' and other point of sale locations) that council employees have visited in the last 12 months for the purposes of detection and disruption of the sale of nicotine inhaling products to individuals aged under 18.

    4. The number of trading standard officers employed by the council whose job description, roles and responsibilities, entail the investigation, detection, and disruption of the sale of nicotine inhaling products to individuals aged under 18 and/or the removal of illicit products from retailers.

  9. Could you please give me the recent data for how much money is made from each of your car parks in Herefordshire. Providing the data in an Excel spreadsheet, can you state how much was money was generated from each of your car parks in Hereford, Leominster, Bromyard, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye and Kington, with each individual car park listed. Can this be collated for the year 2023, or if not the last financial year please? UPDATE: Please can you provide information regarding both the income and profit generated?

  10. This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information:

    1) In the academic years 2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24 (so far), how much money was spent by the council on teaching and teaching assistant/support staff at pupil referral units within the council's remit that were hired via agencies on temporary contracts? Please separate these figures by school year, PRU and supplier.

    2) Does the council have a written policy (or policies) that details an approach to mental and physical wellbeing for staff at pupil referral units? If the answer to this question is yes, please share the relevant documentation.

    3) In the academic years 2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24 (so far), how many times were there incidences of violence towards staff at PRUs under the council's remit? Please separate these figures by school year.

    4) What counselling and psychological staff is available to teaching and support staff in the PRUs under your remit? Please detail their qualifications and how many days a week they work.
