  3. I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:

    1. In 2019, how many school-age children did the local authority categorise as Children Missing Education (CME), as set out in Section 436A Education Act 1996.

    2. As of the date of this request, how many school-age children does the local authority currently categorise as Children Missing Education (CME), as set out in Section 436A Education Act 1996.

    For clarification: Children missing education are children of compulsory school age who are not registered pupils at a school and are not receiving suitable education elsewhere.

    In addition to this, I would like the following information:

    1. How many Education Welfare Officers, or equivalent school attendance roles, were employed by the local authority in:

    a) 2013

    b) on the date of this request.

    Question 2 Monthly number of full time equivalent (FTE) days lost by reason for sickness absence* from 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023, for the following employee groups: c. Adult social care staff d. Children's social care staff

    * Reason for sickness absence being type of illness recorded, e.g. anxiety/stress/depression/other psychiatric illness; Covid-19; Back problems, Cold/cough/flu; Ear, nose and throat etc as recorded by the local authority.

    I have attached a template Excel document comprising two worksheets for completion for the questions above, if helpful.

    Just confirm that the request for data is for both social workers/frontline staff and those who work in other areas of social care. Essentially, the whole team.

  10. I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from Herefordshire Council.

    Please may you provide me with: ·

    A .csv file detailing a list of all the different complaints the council has received over the past 12 months.

    It would be great for the file to contain as much information about the complaints as possible under the Information Act.

    · This would include - the compliant type, heading of the complaint, what the complaint was about and the date and month the complaint was filed.

    · Include an overview of the data, sharing:

    · The total number of complaints in the past 12 months.

    · The percentage of the complaints upheld.

    · The complaint type with the highest amount of complaints.

    · The complaint type with the lowest number of complaints Please provide the information in the form of a table in a .csv format.

    If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
