2. Number of Missing Children from the Local Authority Children's Homes

   Please can I be provided with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

   - How many children (under the age of 18) are currently missing from your local authority children's homes?

   - How many children went missing at one point from your local authority children's homes in 2022?

   - How many occurrences of a child going missing from your children's homes were there in 2022?

   - How many children went missing at one point from your local authority children's homes in 2021?

   - How many occurrences of a child going missing from your children's homes were there in 2021?

3. Potholes reported, repaired and costs for repairs in 2021 and 2022

   I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

   1. The total number of potholes or road defects reported, broken down by month, for the years 2021 and 2022

   2. The total number of potholes or road defects repaired, broken down by month, for the years 2021 and 2022

   3. The total amount of money spent fixing potholes and road defects in 2021 and 2022, or the total budget for highway fixes for each year

   4. The total amount of money issued in compensation for damage caused by potholes, in 2021 and 2022

   5. The total number of compensation claims received in 2021 and 2022 which were not upheld.

   6. If possible, please could you also share the proposed budget for highways fixes for the financial year 2023/24

4. Mandatory/optional training for front line contact centre/call centre staff

   Please can you confirm what training is offered whether mandatory or optional, to your front line contact centre/call centre staff who are answering calls/responding to emails.

5. Contraception Services

   Request 1:

   Please provide the number of sites commissioned by your local authority, or a provider sub-contracted by your local authority, to deliver contraceptive services for each of the last 10 financial years (2013/14 - 2022/23). *If figures for 2022/23 are not yet available, please provide plans for this financial year.

   If your organisation has taken a decision to reduce the number of sites, please provide the reason why this decision was taken.

   Request 2:

   Please confirm or deny whether the local authority stipulates and/or monitors waiting time requirements in contracts with (a) general practice and (b) sexual and reproductive health services for appointments for the fitting of IUDs/IUSs.

   If confirm, please release corresponding data on (i) average waiting times and (ii) the longest waiting time in the most recent year for which figures are available.

   no known next of kin (defined as blood relatives)

   OR - where you have been unable to engage with or locate any KNOWN next of kin,

   Please provide details of cases that have occurred or come to your attention since 15/12/2022 to the day of your reply or as close as possible.

   The name of the team responsible varies but exists within all County Councils, London Boroughs, Unitary & Metropolitan District Councils.
