  4. Under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 you will have recently received an application for a licence to provide or arrange for the provision of boarding for dogs from Richard Evans for New Barns Kennels, Norton, Bromyard. Can you please kindly provide the following information:

    1. Confirm that Mr. Richard Evans is the Licence holder.

    2. Date that his latest application was made.

    3. Number of years that he has requested for the licence to run.

    4. Number of dogs that he has asked to be accommodated for in years 2021, 2022 and 2023.

    5. On the application form (3.12) it asks "how do you propose to minimise disturbance from noise?" What is the response?

    Description: Herefordshire Council is seeking to tender a new countywide prevention focused integrated sexual health service incorporating, open access provision of sexual health services for all people who have sexual health and contraception needs in Herefordshire County. The service will be procured under a single contract to be delivered by a lead provider. The lead provider will be required to work in partnership with or sub contract to other organisations with relevant expertise to deliver services throughout the community that reduce health inequalities relating to vulnerable adults and young people including looked after children, minority ethnic groups and sex workers. The service will also seek to target vulnerable and high-risk populations working towards better provision of key services in in community settings. The details we require are:

    • What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

  10. I would be grateful if you could establish for me, under the Freedom of Information Act how many properties in the boundaries of Hereford Council:-

    A. Have applied for help under the Keep Herefordshire Warm scheme.

    B. How many have been accepted following the council survey assessment.

    C. How many have been referred to the contractors.

    D. How many following the Contractor survey assessment have had no further communication as to what could be done OR

    E. Received no communication as to why nothing could be done.

    F. Have successfully had upgrading completed.

    In the mean time, presumably the relevant contracted agencies are drawing down precious government finance intended to finance a project to establish what sort of properties and what sort of improvements might best improve sustainable warmth in Hereford Housing stock, or, if not why not.
