I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information on the number of rough sleepers in the local authorities Target Priority Group. Could you please provide a response to the following question.
1. How many individuals experiencing rough sleeping and/or homelessness in your local authority are identified as being in the Target Priority Group (or Target Thousand)?
If any part of this request is exempt from disclosure, please provide a detailed explanation of the exemption(s) applied and any non-exempt portions that can be released. If any of the information requested is already available in another format (e.g., a public register or online database), I would be grateful if you could direct me to where I can access it. Should the request exceed the cost limits or require clarification, please let me know how I may refine my request accordingly.

A: Our Target Priority Group for the financial year 24/25 consists of 12 people. This is to be reviewed this month for the upcoming financial year and will be a smaller figure than 12.
The figures for 25/26 will be available in the near future and can be provided if this would be helpful. Please let me know if you would like this and I can pass your contact details on to the service area directly to provide when it is available.
