Hello, in line with the Freedom Of Information Act, please could you provide me with the following information:
In March 2022 Professor Michael Preston-Shoot produced a thematic review of six premature deaths, for the Herefordshire Safeguarding Adults Board.
As part of this, he produced 12 recommendations.
1) For each of these, please could you us whether they have now been implemented, and provide a brief summary as to how.
2) If they have not, please could provide an explanation as to why, and a timescale as to when they will be?
